TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2021 Fulphil is very excited to release our 2020–2021 Impact Report which measures our impact for the 2020 to 2021 academic year.

2020 was a turbulent year for many with the COVID-19 pandemic. As a company, we were no exception. However, through this process, we also saw the pandemic as an inflection point for our work. COVID-19 prompted us to embrace uncertainty and embody the social entrepreneurial and problem-solver mindset — exactly what we teach and preach — now, more than ever. Our key priority was to be laser-focused on our intention and mission alignment, but most importantly, to be there for our people. This meant:

  • supporting our current and former students professionally and
  • operating as a platform to enable empowerment and equity in our communities

In this report, we cover our growth from our proof-of-concept to the launch of our online curriculum used by hundreds of youth across the country, key insights, and our defined impact from this past year.

We are grateful to everyone who played a role in helping us achieve our impact this past year. We also thank the people who made this report happen including:

  • PHOTOS: Allison Schlager, Christopher Denq, Tiffany Yau
  • DATA COLLECTION: Tiffany Yau & Riley Gonta
  • DESIGN & REPORTING: Tiffany Yau & Abhi Suresh

All data from this report was collected via surveying and quantitative analysis.
